Lower Mission is one of Kelowna's most established and desirable neighbourhoods, stretching along Okanagan Lake from Gyro Beach south toward Cook Road. It's known for its beaches, mature tree-lined streets, and easy walk or bike access to some of the city's best shoreline.

Living in Lower Mission

Lower Mission blends classic Kelowna character homes with newer builds and lakeside condos. Families are drawn to the neighbourhood for its parks and beaches, including Gyro Beach and Rotary Beach, along with strong local schools. The Pandosy Village area brings cafes, boutiques, and restaurants within walking distance for many streets in the neighbourhood.
