Living in Upper Mission

Upper Mission is largely newer construction, from family homes in The Ponds and Kettle Valley to view estates higher up the hillside. It's popular with families for its schools and parks, and with anyone who wants a quieter, more spread-out feel than the flats closer to downtown while still being a short drive to Lower Mission's beaches and Pandosy Village.
